Ioanna Myrka lives and works in Athens. In 2008 she graduated with master degree from "Digital forms of Art" from the Athens School of Fine Art. From 1993 to 1998 she studied at the School of Fine Arts sculpture by G. Lappa. She has studied also fashion design at the Veloudaki Fashion School and graphic design at Vakalo Art & Design College. She had three solo and many important group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. She has attended seminars on Japanese ritual dance Butoh by japanese masters and has participated in improvisational dance. Her artworks are included in Dakis Ioannou collection and other collections.
